We are in search of a driven and enterprising Account Manager/Sales Representative to join our innovative team. This role will initially function remotely on a part-time basis as an independent contractor (1099), with bi-weekly compensation, and has the potential to evolve into a full-time W2 position. Our goal is to elevate top-performing representatives to work in our new office in Downtown Greenville, SC.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for brokers and shippers utilizing outreach methods such as cold emailing, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Implement a systematic follow-up strategy to cultivate leads and convert them into active clientele.
- Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers to ensure their requirements are met and their expectations surpassed.
- Collaborate closely with our procurement and operations teams to deliver efficient logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
- Established experience in sales, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven with the capacity to function independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven sales experience required, preferably in logistics or transportation.
