Requirements:

  • Four-year technical degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in regulated product development.
  • Proficient in Creo 3D solid modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of machined products and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with project leadership.
  • Experience with small components and tight tolerancing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering for new product concepts.
  • Translate customer requirements into engineering designs.
  • Model new product ideas in Creo or AutoCAD.
  • Design 3D models and define tolerances for mechanical parts.
  • Prepare and approve design and test plans.
  • Evaluate existing designs for enhancements and reliability.
  • Maintain Design History File (DHF) and communicate with QA and manufacturing.
