Job Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to develop engaging strategies that resonate with prospective clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to produce exceptional marketing materials tailored for client interactions, digital platforms, and special events. You will have the autonomy to craft campaigns, manage digital content, and contribute significantly within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to bolster account-based marketing initiatives, implementing targeted strategies for client success.
  • Campaign Development: Create and execute email campaigns, brochures, and various sales materials that vividly represent our brand.
  • Content Creation: Generate polished marketing collateral for clients and events, including white papers, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Webflow to enhance our digital footprint and marketing automation.
  • Brand Awareness & Budgeting: Oversee campaign planning, communication, and budgeting efforts to elevate brand visibility.
  • Engaging Copywriting: Develop compelling, impactful content across multiple platforms that highlights our expertise and brand identity.
  • Design Collaboration: Work with third-party designers to craft visually appealing materials that engage our target audiences.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance, fintech, or startup industries.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Mixmax, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, or similar tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your marketing and content creation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel twice a quarter within the U.S. for trade shows and events.
