Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at a professional creator audience, driving ambitious growth objectives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to maintain competitiveness, proactively identifying industry trends and modifying strategies accordingly.
• Utilize data-driven insights to establish and monitor key performance indicators, optimizing marketing initiatives based on empirical evidence.
• Lead and nurture a dynamic, results-oriented marketing team, adjusting team priorities as necessary to foster learning and adaptability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Experience, to design and implement impactful go-to-market strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive expertise in marketing, particularly within product marketing, with a deep understanding of the creator and SaaS landscapes.
• Proven ability to leverage data and insights for informed segmentation and go-to-market strategies while ensuring collaborative efforts across departments.
• Strong systems thinking mindset, establishing efficient frameworks for execution and resource optimization.
• A commitment to continuous growth and improvement, with a focus on tangible results in customer engagement and brand recognition.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 8 or more in a SaaS context.

Compensation And Benefits

The position offers a competitive starting salary of $240,000, determined by experience and performance throughout the interview process. Additional benefits include:
