- Evaluation/Treatment of Patients: Complete evaluation and treatment of patient (Adult patients)
- Assist in evaluating level of function and in developing the plan of care.
- Provides Continuity of Care: Ensure appropriate planning for patient discharge/reassessment.
- This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit. visits are 45 minutes in length.
