What you’ll do as a Process Improvement Specialist
- What you'll do...
- Research and resolve issues as needed.
- Provide reporting support to the team.
- Enter critical data into a variety of systems accurately and by established deadlines.
- Enter weekly production accurately and by established deadlines.
- Investigate and correct reporting discrepancies and errors.
- Perform quality audits on software utilized for tracking purposes.
- Respond to weekly research requests and make corrections, when necessary, in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of information.
- Provide workflow and backup support to other members in the group to ensure timely and accurate completion of all team functions
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and cloud-based computer skills are required
- prior experience using the Google suite of applications is preferred
