Position Description
Assists with planning, developing, and documenting projects, and other communication activities in support of corporate sales and retention goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Assists with multi-faceted projects for the sales and account management department.
- Assists with maintaining internal and external (DDPA) databases and department files for sales and account management.
- Coordinates projects with the corporate communications and printing services departments to ensure content updates, fulfillment, and distribution of sales collateral.
- Oversees the continuing education program for agents.
- Monitors licensing requirements and status for internal agents.
- Assists with updates and maintenance of the sales and account management intranet site.
- Acts as a liaison within the department and between the sales operations function and other departments on policies, procedures, process improvements, data retention, branding, and internal and external communications, and maintains related department records and files.
- Maintain and organize the sales operations inbox by promptly coordinating responses or responding to inquiries.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above
Minimum Requirements:
Position requires an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field and four years of experience supporting projects, maintaining databases, records, or files, coordinating internal or external communications, or responding to inquiries. Previous experience supporting sales and account management functions preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to solve problems using independent judgment.
