Responsibilities

We are now hiring a Manager of Dietary Services at Sea Grove Recovery, a new facility opening in 2025!

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The Manager of Dietary Services is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities of the Food Service Department which includes providing nutritional and attractive meals for patients and facility employees, maintaining an organized and sanitary environment, monitoring supply inventories and purchasing of food and supplies as required, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies and managing an effective food service staff.

Qualifications

Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years food service experience required. Previous experience in a healthcare facility setting preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification required.
