Responsibilities

As a Product & Technology (P&T) Business Operations Intern at BHN, you will primarily work with our business operations team but also gain cross-functional exposure to product and technology teams, program management, finance, and procurement. You will assist in various operational tasks, contribute to ongoing P&T programs, and support our efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You Will

• Assist in data collection and analysis to support business decisions.
• Help coordinate and track timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement or optimization.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master's degree program in STEM majors, Business Administration or similar
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong excel and data visualization skills preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn, be inquisitive and passionate
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  
  

Benefits

Salary Range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 2 paid holidays in the year 2025, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
