The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$139,000-$199,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. - You will be responsible for leading the new product innovation strategy & pipeline across amazing, high-growth brands such as Goldfish, Lance, & Pepperidge Farm in collaboration with an extensive cross-functional team
- Strengthen and refine brand innovation strategies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to creatively identify opportunity areas for growth by effectively leveraging syndicated data, consumer research and competitive intelligence
- Build out robust innovation pipelines based on a foundation of product & packaging commercialization viability that delivers against brand strategy, financial expectations and meet consumer needs
- Lead cross functional teams through commercialization of existing breakthrough innovation projects and future validated ideas to deliver commercially and financially viable platforms
- Provide strong leadership to create direction and inspire greatness with cross functional teams; a "can do" attitude will be necessary to overcome obstacles and motivate the team to deliver strong results

- Research & Development – including Product Development & Packaging
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in consumer brand management with a minimum of one rotation in base/retail brand management
- Strong experience with POS/Panel Data to inform strategy and decision-making across multiple functions to drive growth
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth from product innovation: concept to commercialization
- High caliber leadership – taking accountability, inspiring trust, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational alignment
- High level of curiosity about the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and product/ingredients
- Ability to easily maneuver between high-level strategic thinking, business / financial / operational acumen, and detail orientation
- Exceptional communication – clear and concise; recommending and influencing, storytelling and presenting
- Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen
- MBA (strongly preferred)
- CPG and/or food CPG experience strongly preferred
- Previous brand innovation experience
