We're seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to drive our growth initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic outreach plans to drive business growth. You'll evaluate and strengthen referral partnerships, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership through weekly reporting. Essential Functions:

  • Strategically target and establish key referral sources, including hospitals, Senior communities, home health & Hospice, Rehabilitation facilities and more.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, foster collaboration with referral sources, and engage in marketing and business development activities, including collateral creation and community events.
  • Set growth goals with support of the Management Team.
  • Align departmental goals with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives to ensure cohesive growth and success.
  • Develop and manage outreach
  • Oversee and evaluate outreach efforts and adjust strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Ensure the company is represented at appropriate community events to promote business.
  • Assist in preparing outreach, marketing, and sales reports to track sales volume, potential growth, and client base expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate community events to enhance the company's visibility.
  • Participate in vendor fairs, conferences, and facility events as you deem fit
  • Record and maintain appropriate information about referral and professional contacts in Salesforce database.

Education and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree related to Marketing or Business or relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience within the home healthcare industry or senior living facilities and communities is REQUIRED.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take appropriate action
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate and actualize creative marketing and sales partnerships
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and results-oriented skills.
  • Ability to present a professional, caring, and compassionate image (both in person and on the phone) to prospective referral and professional resources.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be results-oriented, while working within a highly service-oriented, client-centered company.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to drive to perform outreach duties throughout the service area; must provide own vehicle and insurance;
