We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in streamlining our daily operations by managing critical administrative tasks that are vital to our collective success.
Key Responsibilities
- Input test cases into ALM with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure timely completion of all assigned test cases.
- Assist in data entry tasks while upholding precision and consistency.
- Present data and monitor key statistics to deliver actionable insights.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate testing.
- Generate reports from SAP to uphold data integrity.
- Provide assistance during brand and system implementation and upgrades as required.
- Prior experience in office administration or a comparable position.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields.
