What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Manage and maintain complex professional calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, content, and presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations
• Facilitate smooth communication between the C-Suite and internal departments
• Handle a variety of special projects and report updates as required by the Executive team
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Associate's Degree in Office Technology or a related field
• Utmost level of integrity to maintain highly confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
• Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
