Job Description

Because of our terrific growth, ANC Group is looking for a Marketing Director to drive our existing marketing programs and position our company for growth through additional marketing channels and activities. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of and experience growing Managed IT Services and is willing to have a hands-on approach to learning and maximizing our marketing platforms, campaigns and opportunities. Additionally, the ideal candidate knows decision-making roles within our target clients and how to use a variety of marketing assets to build trust and engagement with ANC’s sales executives. This position can be partially virtual after the initial training period in the office.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build on, execute and manage within budget ANC’s Annual Marketing plan
  • Print ads, billboards, magazine editorials
  • Direct mail, email campaigns
  • Website, SEO, blogs, Calls to Action, Forms, Downloadable reports
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Events
  • Associations & Sponsorships
  • Customer & employee giveaways/branded items
  • Customer Testimonials, References, Case Studies, White Papers
  • Procure prospecting lists via a variety of tools
  • Ensure data cleaning, proper tagging and upload to Keap.
  • Plan and execute Marketing campaigns through our Marketing Analytics Platform
  • Develop expertise on our marketing platforms and marketing channels
  • Attend trainings and attain certifications in our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • Build and manage Campaigns in MAP
  • After 30 days be able to independently build, launch and manage a marketing Campaign from our MAP
  • Administer 5-7 active campaigns per month
  • Identify/procure required materials – Mailers, giveaways, etc.
  • Collaborate/meet weekly with our Fractional Marketing Coordinator and our team at TMT to proof and deliver direct mail and email marketing content.
  • Collaborate/meet weekly with our marketing team at Lemonade Stand
  • Redesign ANC’s website, ensure no dead links
  • Create customer-facing collateral
  • Drive improved SEO
  • Use paid ads to ensure visibility
  • Select, enroll, plan and implement customer & industry events on & offsite
  • Select & enroll Sponsorship/Exhibitor levels, personnel to attend, make travel arrangements, booth layout, giveaways, customer collateral
  • Determine CTA & ROI for each event, pre-meetings & debrief
  • Solicit & Leverage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) from suppliers to reduce marketing costs
  • Learn MDF Rules and portal logins from suppliers
  • Create a marketing project in their portal, planning with CAMs and subsequent claim
  • Work with the Finance team to correctly allocate Marketing expenses to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate and report in weekly team meetings
  • Create reports daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly
  • The Admin Team Weekly Reporting Log
  • Summary Reports from Lemonade Stand and TMT
  • MDF Claim Reporting
  • TMT Dashboard Reporting
  • Expenses Summary
  • E-Rate Reports

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and proof customer-facing content, print & online
  • Market research such as vertical markets, target markets, emerging markets and competitors – a. Internet research- News in our vertical markets, trends, innovations, threats; Competitive Data – For E-Rate use Query Bob to inform installed product, supplier data, competitor data; Competitor data to include news, changes, profile, markets served.
  • Solicit and record customer satisfaction feedback via phone & email - Weekly
  • Work-related errands, such as picking up supplies and giveaways for events
  • Interface with suppliers and learn the technology we sell at a high level to be able to market to customer need.
  • Other duties as needed
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales on growth goals and campaign targets and with VP of Technical Support on tech bandwidth for certain offers
  • Some Travel
  • Attending company related events such as trade shows or business after hours events as needed.

  • Experience And Skills

    • Must be very organized and very detail oriented.
    • Great communicator and comfortable with customer conversations
    • Degreed in marketing or equivalent experience
    • Competent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PPT, Canva, Adobe
    • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • TMT, Keap and/or Autotask experience is a plus.

    Hours 8:30-5 M-F except when we have events.

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

    Ability To Relocate

    • Greenville, SC: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greenville, SC
