Licensed Clinician (LCDC, LSW, or LPC)

Stepping Stone Community Services, provides outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment to individuals from the community. We provide individual and group therapy in a comfortable and confidential setting.

We are looking for a full-time Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse Counselor(s) to perform mental health services for adults and families. Work will be provided in the office.

Estimated Pay Range: $52,000-62,000/annually

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

• Must have an Ohio License in relevant field: LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW
  
  
  

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of assessment and diagnosis
• Knowledge of treatment planning
• Knowledge of principles, theories and methods to treat mental and emotional issues
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards
• Knowledge of ethical, legal and professional conduct

• Ability to work independently and use time management

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
