Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments for the CEO, ensuring effective communication in all interactions.
- Align daily tasks with strategic objectives while comprehending departmental requirements.
- Capture, prioritize, and create actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring systematic execution of projects.
- Oversee email, calendar, and travel management for the CEO to provide a seamless experience.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for in-person events, taking care of every detail.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities.
- Proficient in time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Collaborative mindset dedicated to supporting team efforts.
- Background knowledge in marketing and healthcare sectors is advantageous.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience working directly with high-level executives or entrepreneurs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient processes.
- A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare.
