Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments for the CEO, ensuring effective communication in all interactions.
  • Align daily tasks with strategic objectives while comprehending departmental requirements.
  • Capture, prioritize, and create actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring systematic execution of projects.
  • Oversee email, calendar, and travel management for the CEO to provide a seamless experience.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for in-person events, taking care of every detail.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with high-level executives or entrepreneurs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient processes.
  • A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare.
