Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client managers to clearly identify staffing needs and keep them informed about applicant statuses.
• Guide drivers through client/carrier applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
• Organize and coordinate orientation sessions, managing travel arrangements, accommodations, and any unforeseen challenges.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with additional team requirements as necessary.
