Position Summary

The Technical Sales I will provide timely and accurate order entry information to appropriate OsecoElfab departments to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to required product and delivery specifications.

Direct interaction with new and existing customers and representatives through inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality customer service by providing technical information, pricing, and availability.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Input orders to the ERP (Dynamics 365) system in a timely manner
• Dealing with customer emails and calls facilitating sales order processing
• Resolve customer and representative issues with stuck orders
• Ensure that purchase orders received are correct and match any quotation sent
• Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls
• Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders
• Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration
• Order inbox triage
• New customer set up
• Use of the Part Configurator
• Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Support the external sales function
• Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required
• Improve processes to increase operational excellence within the Technical Sales arena.
• Act as liaison between customers and other OsecoElfab departments, ensuring accurate and timely relay of information to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Desirable but not essential – knowledge of a CRM system and business system e.g. SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Dynamics 365.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders
• Attention to detail

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience of working with IT systems

Education And Certification Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree GED; or minimum two years related experience in office environment and/or technical training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
