Job Overview
The Network Technician will handle job responsibilities ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite / on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Overview
The Network Technician will handle job responsibilities ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite / on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot computer operating systems and peripherals to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Handle various PC operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10, with proficiency.
- Install and configure hardware and software to meet organizational requirements.
- Provide comprehensive printer support, addressing maintenance and repair needs as they arise.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills, fostering positive interactions with end-users.
- Utilize experience to support a diverse range of technologies and services effectively.
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed expectations for task completion.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology-related topics.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated and innovative, with a drive to push boundaries and explore new solutions.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications and familiarity with Apple OS preferred.
- Extended Sitting: Primarily desk-based with prolonged computer use.
- Light Lifting: Occasional handling of objects up to 20 pounds.
- Computer Use: Frequent operation of computers and office equipment, requiring manual dexterity.
- Eye Strain and Repetitive Motion: Risk from continuous screen use and repetitive tasks like typing.
- Office Navigation: Light walking and standing for meetings and tasks within the office
