Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a mortgage authority by educating borrowers on a diverse array of loan products.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to comprehensively understand their financial needs.
- Guide clients throughout the entire mortgage process, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to closure.
- Exercise autonomy in your work schedule while receiving robust support from our experienced team.
- A minimum of four years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales objectives and developing a loyal client base.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in technology, including loan processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- A self-motivated and organized approach to managing time and priorities.
- Possession of a current National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license.
- At least four years of relevant experience in the mortgage sector.
- Proven track record in sales and the ability to foster client relationships.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Familiarity with pertinent technology platforms.
