Manager, HRIS

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Systems, the Manager, Talent Systems is the owner of Red Bull North America's (RBNA) talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management platforms. You will impact applicants, employees, and Internal talent partners by Improving user experience and increasing efficiency with our Talent Systems.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SYSTEMS OWNERSHIP
- Create a roadmap/strategy for North America’s talent management platforms, highlighting capabilities needed and systems solutions to close gaps.
- Serve as the North America subject matter expert for all talent management platforms.
- Oversee and implement configuration changes and effectively communicate and train users.
- Proactively find improvements by reviewing product documentation and customer forums.
- Understand market trends and advancements and how they are relevant to RBNA.
- Identify innovative new technology that RBNA can leverage for candidates, employees, and the Talent team.
SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Lead all phases of local implementations for new platforms.
- Maintain detailed project documentation from initiation to closing.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Organize detailed testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Coordinate all communication, training, and change management.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
- Partner with global HR, HRIS, and IT teams to recommend and implement enhancements to global platforms.
- Collaborate with local IT team on Requests For Information (RFI) process and market research of new solutions.
- Work with internal Talent partners to identify business challenges and leverage new or existing technology to improve employee experience with Talent Systems.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Develop and own communication strategy and cadence with local vendors/
- Understand and establish escalation processes for various vendors.
- Work with vendors to prioritize system enhancements that benefit RBNA.
- Evaluate vendor performance and scan the market for alternatives if necessary.
- Seek out new HR systems technology in the marketplace; form business cases to introduce new technology that supports greater effectiveness and efficiency of systems.
SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
- Serve as the main support contact for all North America’s talent management applications.
- Create clear and consistent local processes for recurring requests.
- Ensure service guidelines are followed and keep various ticketing platforms up to date.
- Create and update system documentation, user guides, job aides and FAQs.
- Develop training to onboard new Talent team members and keep current team members up to speed.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 5 years of HRIS project and implementation experience
- Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
- History of leveraging HR technology to create efficient and effective business solutions
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise system integrations
- Track record of successful technical project management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of technology vendor selection and management
- Knowledge of end user support best practices preferred
- SmartRecruiters, Enboarder, and Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $109 – 120k+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
