About You

You will be hands-on in areas such as systems administration/implementation, company policy, onboarding, and more. You are research-oriented regarding Compliance and all things progressive, keeping up to date with requirements while keeping employee experience at the forefront.
What You Will Do
Targeted base compensation is $120,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. What You Will Do
- Manage administration and optimization of our HRIS system .
- Prepare payroll for multi-state semi-monthly for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits, including new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, employee terminations, and COBRA administration.
- Coordinate employee services as an administrator and keep organized, compliant employee records on file and within software systems.
- Build and manage strong relationships with vendors across all systems.
- Maintain clean employee data entry and efficiently update systems and paperwork at the time of initial engagement, hire, and/or termination.
- Ensure all compliance-related matters are kept current and updated in a timely matter and administer changes as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support key priorities of our transformational change throughout the business; take time to get to know the people with continuous engagement and trust-building as our culture develops.
- Acts as a change agent and proactively leads by example in demonstrating openness to business growth and organizational change.
- You have demonstrated success as a generalist with experience in an administrator role, preferably in a high growth, multi-state environment.
- You have deep knowledge of employment law, Federal law, and company policies.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and payroll/benefit systems.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and driven toward success and the success of others.
- You are skilled in project management and development including effective interpersonal skills, effective and concise written and verbal communication skills.
