In Ogden - Desk Side Tech III - In addition to the general work and that of a tech I (Ogden), with elevated administrative rights, Contractor shall: perform all steps for preparing, imaging (installing the operating system software), installing and configuring all above-baseline software requested in the build request utilizing both manual installations and automated (Altiris or equivalent). Preform quality checks on all computers prior to shipping. Update all database records including KISAM Service Manager request and Asset Manager. Perform all triage, maintenance, repair or part replacement of computers as needed\directed for equipment not covered by manufacture warranty
