- Compensation: $55 To $60 per hour
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and manage the company's budget.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections for management review.
- Identify trends and variances from budgeted or forecasted numbers.
- Create financial models to support decision-making, including for investments, cost reductions, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance to budget or forecast.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other financial metrics.
- Evaluate operational costs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience ideally with a focus on financial or higher education operations with system integrations.
- Experience in ERP software (PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, Flywire, etc.) is highly desired.
- Experience with regulations pertaining to collections and higher education is highly desired.
