What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the first line of contact for new customers, providing support related to patient care and third-party reimbursement
• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services/products
• Manage all aspects of initial intake, including answering calls and processing paperwork
• Resolve patient questions or concerns and act as a patient advocate
• Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data entry
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
• Strong background in customer service, preferably in the medical field
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of medical billing practices and confidentiality requirements
