As we are a start-up inside the Volvo Group, we desire a hands-on, creative, “roll up your sleeves” individual that will help us build our company. As such, you have demonstrated professionalism in working with all employee levels. You have the ability to think proactively and strategically on behalf of the executive team and coordinate among three Executive Assistants in total. This role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently with good judgement, discretion and a high level of integrity to handle confidential information inside and outside of the organization is required.

What You Will Do
As an Asset Manager you will drive and implement polices and processes to control and maintain physical assets, including vehicles and equipment. You will be responsible for asset lifecycle management, from placing the asset order until delivering from the plant to the operations team, including titling and registration. The role will require you to develop methodologies for tracking asset lifecycle, inventory, locations, and lifetime costs. The Asset Manager will also oversee the planning process for asset acquisition, replacement and disposal. This role will work cross functionally to lead coordination activities to maintain accurate and complete asset data information.

- Strong inter-personal skills
- Good organization & follow up and written communication skills
- Knowledge on heavy duty truck vehicle specification
- Strong understanding on supply chain and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area
