Seasonal Production Team Members - Paid Training

Gemini is currently seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our production team in Mesquite TX. Starting wage for this position is $17.50 per hour.

Purpose Statement

Under general supervision, individuals must demonstrate high proficiency in every step of screen printing set up and operation process in accordance with current job procedures.

Essential Functions

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Receives work order and reviews such to become familiar with job requirements.
• Make screen machine set-ups and run custom orders with supervision.
• Prepare plates as called for.
• Mix colors as needed for each job.
• Screen print on either machine or hand table as required for the job.
• Assures that each order is proofed, and it matches with the job requirements.
• Notifies Team Lead of the need for additional supplies or materials, as necessary.
• Maintains an effective working relationship with all department employees.
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area and cleans up at the end of the work day.
• Performs duties in a safe manner, using all approved safety equipment as instructed.
• May perform reasonably similar or related duties as instructed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• High School Graduate/GED or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in production environment preferred.
• Color mixing experience.
