Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person promptly and professionally.


• Handle and resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.


• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies.


• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system.


• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.


• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management.


• Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.


• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.


• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.


• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
