ZEO Energy is seeking a motivated and organized Home Upgrades Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the schedules for electricians, ensuring their calendars remain full with main panel upgrades and other electrical work required to prepare homes for solar installation. You will coordinate the entire process, from scheduling power disconnects to inspections, and will serve as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed every step of the way.
No prior experience with solar installations or main panel upgrades is required. However, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, has strong customer service skills, and is committed to doing a thorough job.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of electricians to ensure their calendars are fully booked with main panel upgrades and other electrical tasks.
- Schedule power disconnects with utility companies when needed for electrical work.
- Arrange inspections for completed electrical work, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Keep track of all active jobs, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with customers, keeping them informed on the status of their upgrades and appointments.
- Ensure all job details are accurately updated in the company's system, maintaining organized records for all scheduled work.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between electrical work and solar installations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep customers informed and satisfied.
- Motivated, self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a full schedule for multiple electricians.
- Trainable and open to feedback to improve job performance.
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling roles is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a desire to deliver quality service.
