This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday. This position will be in the office for the majority of the time with limited field recruiting.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Works closely with Care Coordinators in scheduling interviews with potential candidates
- Provides posting of business hiring needs on social media outlets, job boards and continuously updates postings
- Works quickly to respond to applicants and address concerns and questions of potential new hires
- Participates in recruitment meetings and puts forth into place the recruitment plan
- Submits paperwork and checks clearances for potential candidates applications
- Participates in health fairs/ conventions and sales calls
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Monitor Care Coordinator's communication / follow-up with applicants
- At least 6 months previous agency staffing or recruiting experience required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Healthcare or Home Care experience is a plus
- ATS Software experience a plus
- Must have a current valid drivers license
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members and manage time effectively
