Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Supervising Litigation Paralegal to join the team at a growing, busy law firm based in Southfield, Michigan! The supervising paralegal will delegate and facilitate work assignments for the team of legal secretaries and paralegals.
The role is a fully onsite position in Southfield, Michigan, 40 hours a week.

Duties
- Lead the team of secretaries and paralegal on the daily workflow
- Proactively manage day-to-day personnel issues with staff and work with HR as needed
- Communicate protocol changes to attorneys and administrative team.
- Schedule meetings and assist with special projects
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents including pleadings. motions, legal opinions, contacts, briefs, agreements.
- Oversee and maintain the firm's docket of litigation cases.
- Mailing or electronically file pleadings
- Communicate with court personnel and clients
- Maintain case management information
- 10+ years of paralegal experience, specifically in debt collection or fast-paced litigation
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe).
- Case management software in CLS is a plus.
- Previous team and personnel management experience is required
