Chief Communications Officer/Chief Marketing Officer

As a CCO/CMO, you will strengthen the market position and help achieve desired business goals.

You will lead the strategic direction and execution of all company marketing and communications initiatives to elevate the brand and share the story and services, offerings, customers and team members with internal and external audiences.
This includes developing and incorporating comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with our business goals and support business development opportunities, as well as raise the profile of the company through strategic earner media placements and social media content.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, oversee an in-house communications services group (GO DESIGN+), hire and grow a small communications team, leverage advanced marketing technologies and significantly impact our business’ brand promise, customer and lender relationships, and growth trajectory.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

10+ years experience as a CMO.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
Experience in scaling marketing operations, managing remote marketing teams or expanding into new markets.
Experience with graphic design software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
