Job Summary

We are seeking a Photographer / Content Creator to spearhead our visual content and social media marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is eager to take ownership of brand aesthetics, drive growth through creative digital campaigns, and make an impact in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality product images, crafting engaging content across digital platforms, and deploying marketing strategies that boost engagement and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Photography & Visual Storytelling
• Capture, edit, and produce stunning product images for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style that aligns with our brand identity.
• Manage all aspects of shoots including lighting, set design, and styling to create captivating imagery.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Create compelling, on-brand content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop storyboards, graphics, and video content to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and events.
• Drive engagement by staying on top of trends and actively interacting with followers.
• Digital Marketing & Campaigns
• Develop and execute social media and email marketing strategies to increase audience reach, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
• Collaborate on SEO strategies and coordinate with influencers to build brand presence.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in product photography, content creation, and digital marketing. Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Skills:
• Photography: Strong portfolio of product photography, with technical expertise in lighting, editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), and photo retouching.
• Content Creation: Proficiency in creating on-brand visual and written content for social media, web, and email marketing.
• Marketing: Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and influencer marketing.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, initiative, and a hands-on, proactive approach to solving challenges.
