We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for a 12-month contractor role based in Lafayette, IN, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our tool crib operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the tool crib, utilizing analytical reports and data to improve storage strategies and empower team performance.
• Employ your data analysis expertise, focusing on tools such as Excel to manage sizable datasets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Engage proactively on the shop floor, collaborating with crib attendants and addressing challenges directly, showcasing hands-on leadership.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting project initiatives and enhancing supplier relationships.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and drives success across operations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a warehouse or industrial context (internships considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced data analysis and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification is advantageous, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks independently while being an effective team player.
