Veroot serves logistics companies, the 4th largest industry in the world. These companies need a lot of help maintaining compliance and meeting government regulations. At our core, Veroot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, so our process and methods are built on top of our flexible software to meet our client’s compliance needs. A qualified candidate will learn how to use Veroot’s Vendor Management system to meet TSA rules and regulations for Air Cargo. We will train our new candidate on how to interact with the customers and build the deliverables.

Veroot serves thousands of customers all over the world including publicly traded companies like DHL, CH Robinson, DSV, retail brands like K-Swiss and Moen Faucets, but also many small and mid-sized companies. Our customers are like family and love the work we do for them!
Position Overview
Veroot is seeking a Customer Implementation Representative to join our amazing team. Veroot is the leader in logistics compliance software, and we are growing! We make the world a better place by providing software and consulting solutions that drive our client’s critical processes, and we need your help.
The right team member will have a positive attitude, confidence, a sense of humor, and the ability to work with a diverse team to meet our goals. You must be a team player as it is critical to your success in our organization that you work well with others. Much of our interaction with clients and team members happen virtually. Meaning you have to be comfortable with voice, video, email, and chat. This roll requires excellent time management skills and extreme attention to detail with the ability to pivot when high priority tasks arise. We obsess on getting good results for our customers and believe in quality over quantity every time.
You will work on account-based SaaS projects and lead the charge on new system solutions for your clients. This means helping our customers with TSA, Vendor Management and the occasional CTPAT solutions. At the current time we are uniquely positioned to offer a work-from-home opportunity with a future option to have flexible office time. If you can handle the challenge, you’ll learn many new skills and quickly make yourself an integral part of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Train new clients on the essentials of TSA compliance.
- Assist clients with support needs, guidance on system functionality, configuration, and workflow recommendations.
- Identify compliance and regulation issues and suggest viable solutions.
- Maintain standards for response times and communication.
- Notify leadership of patterns in client inquiries so training can be improved, or technology development can be planned
- Strive for 100% client satisfaction, and 100% client retention
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of relevant customer support experience in a software environment
- Ability to focus and execute in a remote working environment
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable with all forms of electronic communication – Zoom/Teams, Slack, Email
- Willingness to complete repetitive tasks often with quick turnaround time
- Comfortable with the fast-paced, change-oriented world of a startup
- Must be process driven, possess strong communication skills and careful attention to detail
