Key Responsibilities:Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire skilled sales professionals for the Charleston office.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, compliance forms, and background checks are completed.
- Work closely with sales leaders and HR to arrange and oversee initial sales training sessions.
- Provide new hires with resources, schedules, and introductory training materials to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Handle general office administration, managing schedules, and organizing office events.
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as tracking employee attendance, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring timely updates of records.
- Serve as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries, vendor management, and maintenance requests.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the VP.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for the VP, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, HR, or office administration, preferably within a sales-driven or logistics environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
