Job Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing computer and systems support to a growing customer base. This will involve troubleshooting and maintaining server and network infrastructure both remotely and onsite. You will also play an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT systems, providing excellent customer service, and promoting IT best practices.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support and IT troubleshooting for clients.
• Perform network and systems administration, ensuring proper functioning of servers, networks, and related infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with clients and document all technical support interactions.
• Create quotes for customers related to IT services and solutions.
• Advise clients on IT best practices, offering guidance for optimizing systems and workflows.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues both remotely and onsite, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
  

Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues clearly.
• A passion for IT problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and applications.
• Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus.
• Experience with server and network management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Relevant certifications (network, server, Microsoft, etc.) are preferred.
• Experience with Linux systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Office 365 and Azure is beneficial.
  
  

Pay Range: $23.07-$26.44/hour

FLSA and Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
