We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant, a unique opportunity to provide vital support to the Vice President of Sales at our Dallas, TX headquarters. This role is tailored for a dedicated professional who excels in a dynamic work environment and is enthusiastic about overseeing office operations while delivering exceptional administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Provide expert executive support and manage office operations effectively.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to assist Sales Executives in evaluating and enhancing performance.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop presentations, reports, and various materials.
  • Act as an administrative liaison with both internal and external stakeholders on diverse matters.
  • Oversee the calendar of the Sales Executive, coordinating meetings, phone calls, and appointments to optimize productivity.
  • Organize and schedule business meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate support for trade shows and major events, including travel logistics.
  • Maintain a consistently professional demeanor in all interactions, demonstrating reliability and effective communication.
  • Manage email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle phone calls with courtesy, fulfilling receptionist duties as required.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to tasks, showcasing confidence and initiative.
