Description

Objective

Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring a fit with organizational culture and requirements.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate and schedule interviews.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and recruitment status.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Team Collaboration

  • Support the talent acquisition team with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organized with attention to detail.
