Key Responsibilities
- Organize meeting agendas, minutes, and reports with precision.
- Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings and webinars efficiently.
- Support various project management initiatives, including monitoring project progress and maintaining essential documentation.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Assemble briefing materials and status reports for internal and external audiences.
- Keep thorough records of all project activities, including meeting summaries and project documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, team members, and CMS components to fulfill project objectives.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for drafting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Experience utilizing virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams for seamless meeting coordination.
- Familiarity with document management systems for accurate maintenance of project records.
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
- Educational Requirement: Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in a project coordination or administrative support capacity, ideally within healthcare or government sectors.
