Job Overview: Full-Time Sales Customer Care Specialist

We invite applications for the role of Full-Time Sales Customer Care Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position provides a remarkable chance to make a meaningful impact on the daily operations of a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Management: Facilitate communication for both our website and wholesale clientele, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and transforming challenges into memorable experiences.
  • Order Management: Supervise the complete order cycle, from initial entry into our systems to overseeing delivery and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Office Support: Provide crucial assistance by managing invoicing, generating regular reports, and overseeing the inventory of office samples.
  • Project Participation: Engage in and potentially lead special projects as required.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Squarespace is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and robust follow-up abilities. A self-motivated individual who can work independently.
