- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; certification is a valued asset but not mandatory.
- A solid understanding of GAAP principles is crucial for this role.
- Strong time management capabilities and the ability to respond promptly to tasks are essential.
- Experience working within long-term care establishments, such as nursing homes, rest homes, or assisted living facilities, is advantageous, especially regarding government grants and funding.
