Working Title Sports Center Front Desk Position Status Part Time Department Community Recreation/Sports Center General Summary
Welcome and assist all members, students, and guests of the Sports Center as well as ensure all have scanned into the facility upon arrival.
Specific Position Duties
Welcome all members, students, and guests to the Sports Center and ensure that all current members scan in to the facility and have current memberships before entering further. Assist potential new members in beginning the membership process and coordinating with Front Office staff as needed. Assist with answering general questions via in-person or on the phone. Take payment for day passes as needed. Check out fitness towels and racquetball equipment. Be professional and courteous. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Willingness to ensure a welcome, safe, and clean environment for all students, members, and guests to utilize.
Preferred Qualifications Reporting Relationship Work Hours
