Role Description
This role is ideal for a college student or recent grad who wants hands-on experience in social media marketing and is looking to build their portfolio. In this commission-based role, you'll be working closely with our team to create content that amplifies our platform across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

In this commission-based role, you'll be working closely with our team to create content that amplifies our platform across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and share engaging content tailored for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Increase brand visibility and support fundraising goals by creating and sharing videos, images, and graphics that appeal to youth sports teams, athletes, coaches, and fans.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Track social media metrics and use insights to optimize content strategies and maximize reach.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that drive awareness and donations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or related field.
- Knowledge of best practices on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, with a keen sense of what type of content performs well on each platform.
- Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and video editing software (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to write compelling, engaging copy.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
