The Assistant Director of Recreation Center Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC). Primary responsibilities will include management of CRC student welcome desk attendants and facility supervisors, CRC facility reservations and event scheduling, and CRC facility maintenance. In addition, the Assistant Director will oversee the Campus Recreation Center Membership process, daily transmittals for the department, and work collaboratively with Competitive Sports professional staff to staff and supervise the Campus Recreation Complex.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, sports administration, management or a closely related field. Relevant experience can also substitute for educational experience listed above
- 3-5 years working with college-aged students
- Experience with student supervision
- Current American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid as well as CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Certification for Lay Responder, or ability to attain within first 6-months of hire
