Summary:
The Event Operations team conceptualizes and executes events that celebrate the amazing work that Nickelodeon Animation does. The team oversees all internal events including premiere and wrap parties, staff meetings, screenings, mixers, as well as food service for the studio.
Responsibilities:
Hiring Salary Range: $20.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington State, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Supports the department with daily administration duties
- Attend and take notes at internal and external team meetings
- Maintain departmental lists and calendars
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams
- Collect, organize, and prepare reports and data for management
- Knowledge of Airtable, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of animation production is a plus!
- Internships are available to students pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate Degree. Certifications and continuing education are accepted as well!
- Open to graduates who have graduated within 6 months of June 2025.
- You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/40 hours a week) for 10 weeks starting in June 2025.
- Interns will be required to work on-site in Burbank, CA.
- Employment eligibility work in the United States is required.
