- Cut, trim, and package meat products according to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide cooking advice.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
