- Conduct laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing accurate reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss findings.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Valid CLS license in California.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
