Job Overview:
As our Head of Product Marketing, you will leverage your end-to-end B2B marketing expertise and storytelling skills to position Oleria as an innovative leader in our category and ensure our target customers understand and embrace our differentiated value, thereby creating significant demand for our solutions. As a strategic, hands-on leader with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, you will collaborate with internal colleagues (especially product management and sales) as well as with partner agencies to deliver tangible business results. And, as an integral member of our growing Go To Market team, you will be involved in shaping our overall strategic direction and provide a major catalyst for our growth.

- Leadership: As the company's key strategic marketing leader, you will have significant impact on our market success and significant opportunities for personal growth
- Market Intelligence: Analyze key market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market
- Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the sales team to develop the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell our solutions
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of digital and physical marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content
- Product Launches & Events: Lead cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new solutions and features, managing timelines and deliverables
- Analyst and Media Relations: As one of our most effective evangelists, you will collaborate with our agency partner to engage with key analysts and media to deliver and refine our messages
- Customer and Competitor Insights: Gather customer feedback and market data to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics to continually optimize strategies
- Experience should align with the job responsibilities above
- 8+ years as a strategic leader of Product Marketing and/or Product Management in enterprise software
- Identity security product marketing experience preferred
- Compelling storyteller and evangelist
- Strong embrace of data driven decisions
- Results-oriented, “roll up your sleeves” mindset with a focus on measurement, ROI, experimentation and continuous improvement
- Expert level written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- A positive, resilient, accountable and results-oriented attitude
- Successful experience thriving in a dynamic, hypergrowth environment
- BA/BS/MBA in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
