- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies.
- Training and supervising RBTs and other staff members.
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
